Unique opportunity covering Head of Department and Private Client Solicitor roles across two office locations in Somerset.

•Responsibilities include managing diverse private client caseload, offering expert legal advice on wills, trusts, estate planning, probates, and lasting powers of attorney.

•Full-time office-based role across both locations supported by secretarial assistance.

•Ideal candidate should be highly experienced in Private Client Law, especially in trusts, wills, probates, and lasting powers of attorney and have a proven track record of managing own caseloads effectively and delivering high-quality legal services.

•Must possess excellent organisational abilities, communication skills, and the flexibility to work across two locations and the ability to hit the ground running and ensuring the smooth progression of cases.
