JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+

SALARY: £Dependant on experience

THE ROLE:
The commercial property team is currently experiencing an exciting growth phase and as a result they have identified the need for an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to ensure that client service is maintained. As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be handling a purely commercial property caseload which will include leases, acquisition and disposals, sales and purchases, option agreements and development matters. You will be working under the supervision of the Head of Property and be gaining exposure to a wide and varied caseload of commercial property transactions.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 2 years PQE in covering the broad spectrum of commercial property maters. You will have gained relevant experience within a leading regional law firm who are recommended for their commercial property offerings. Ideal Commercial Property Solicitors will possess the capability to work effectively within a high pressurised environment. As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor you have good technical expertise in types of property transactions such as sales, purchases, leases, licences and rent reviews.
