JOB TITLE: Residential Property Conveyancer
PQE: 2+ PQE
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
You will be required to conduct a varied caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion including sales and purchases, leasehold and granting matters. The caseload will vary from day to day and applicants must be comfortable dealing with clients face to face.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are required from Licensed Conveyancers or experienced paralegals. You must have experience of undertaking your own caseload of residential property matters and possess the capability to use case management systems. You will boast a strong client focused approach coupled with excellent organisational skills.
