Private Client Lawyer, 2+ PQE – Derby – Up to circa £50,000 - An established and friendly law firm is looking for an experienced Private Client Lawyer with the desire to build and develop a private client offering in the surrounding area as well as achieve a strong work / life balance. OVERVIEW:
• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive is sought after to join this family orientated practice in Derbyshire and take on the existing caseload of private client matters as well as build and develop the offerings.
• The appointed Solicitor or Legal Executive will have a strong track record of handling their own caseload of private client matters including Wills, Trusts, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration.
• You will ideally have at least 2 years PQE and be happy to be office based for this role as a number of clients attend the office to instruct on matters although there is potential to work from home 1 day a week from home.
• Qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives seeking a work/life balance and the chance to potentially head up the team (secretarial support will be available) are encouraged to apply for this role.
