THE ROLE:
This established firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to join their residential conveyancing team, adept at running sale and purchase files with minimal supervision from instruction to completion. The role will entail undertaking title investigations, raising enquiries, preparing reports, and dealing with contract exchanges.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ PQE and have previous experience within a busy conveyancing team. You should be confident in managing your own caseload and demonstrate ability to generate new business for the department. Familiarity with Lexel accreditation is highly desirable - including file reviews, procedures for case/file management, and corrective actions.
