JOB TITLE:     Commercial Property Solicitor
LOCATION:    Greater Manchester
PQE:               5+ years’ PQE
SALARY:         Up to £50,000 DOE

OVERVIEW:
•Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations for assigned commercial properties, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
•Build strong relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
•5+ years’ PQE and proven experience in commercial property management or related real estate roles.
•Strong knowledge of property law principles, commercial real estate transactions, and relevant legislation.
•Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing complex property transactions.
•Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
