JOB TITLE:             Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Head of Department
PQE REQUIRED:     8 + years’ PQE
LOCATION:             Lancashire/ Hybrid
SALARY:                 £65,000 - £75,000

The role requires strong technical expertise in Clinical Negligence claims and litigation. It also demands the ability to handle a high workload effectively while simultaneously leading and managing a team.

•The appointed Solicitor will manage their own caseload while overseeing all caseloads within the team. They will handle all technical queries and referrals in the department, providing necessary advice and guidance.

•Your caseload will include matters such as cosmetic surgery claims, dental negligence, medical misdiagnosis and maternity negligence claims, to name a few.

•You will collaborate closely with the Operations Director to enhance existing systems and procedures, while developing new methods to ensure the department operates efficiently and remains adaptable to the constantly evolving market.

•The ideal candidate will possess more than 5 years of team management experience and over 10 years of experience in handling Clinical Negligence and Litigation Claims.
