OVERVIEW:
• This is a succession role where the appointed solicitor will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including some residential property matters.

• General duties will encompass commercial leases (landlord and tenant), sales and acquisitions, sale and purchase of businesses, and sale and purchase of building plots, among others.

• You will need a minimum of 3 years' experience in handling diverse commercial property cases, with the ability to manage your own caseload effectively.

• An assistant and a supportive, friendly team will accompany this role.

• This is a full-time position, initially office-based, with potential for flexible working once settled.

• The firm prides itself on resolving matters swiftly and straightforwardly.
