JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
LOCATION: Tyne & Wear/ Hybrid
PQE: 0 - 3 years’ PQE
SALARY: £30,000 - £40,000

OVERVIEW:
•Managing sales, purchases, and remortgages of freehold and leasehold properties.
•Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
•Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
•Providing expert legal advice and support to clients.
•You will be a qualified Solicitor with 0 – 3 years’ PQE who has experience managing a domestic conveyancing caseload from commencement to completion.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
