REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR, 2-3 YEARS PQE, LONDON, £100,000 - £110,000 (DOE) – A new role has arisen for an ambitious Real Estate Solicitor to join a leading law firm in London. JOB REF:6305.

• This highly reputable team are responsible for some of the largest and most high-profile deals acting for developers, investors, funders and major occupiers across a variety of sectors.
• Applications are sought from Real Estate Solicitors with between 2-3 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will have gained a wealth of experience with real estate matters to include acquisition and disposal of freehold, leasehold commercial real estate assets, leases and licences, lease renewals and rent reviews.
• You will have outstanding communication skills and a proven track record of working with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
