CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR, NQ -3 PQE, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE, COMPETITIVE SALARY. An exciting opportunity awaits a junior lawyer to make their mark in a rapidly growing firm, with the potential to engage in international work. JOB REF: 6836

•The appointed Solicitor will manage a dynamic and exciting caseload of high-profile commercial matters, with opportunities to engage in international work.

•The role involves drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements, as well as advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.

•You will provide legal advice on compliance and regulatory matters while also assisting with business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

•This role requires full-time office attendance due to the team setup.

•The firm is considering applications from individuals with newly qualified status up to 3 years PQE, gained in either national firms or reputable niche firms.

•You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
