OVERVIEW:
•You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive legal services covering procurement, contracts, commercial, and corporate law.
•The appointed candidate will draft a range of legal documents, including reports, tender documents, and contracts.
•This includes framework agreements, IT agreements, social care agreements, and contracts related to building and civil engineering projects.
•Applications are open to Newly Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with experience in commercial law.
•You will provide company secretarial duties along with support in connection with litigation, tribunals and other dispute resolution.
