Private Client Solicitor (Locum) 3+ PQE, Merseyside, £45 - £50 per hour, office-based, part-time. OVERVIEW:
• An experienced Private Client Locum Solicitor is required to look after the current caseload and take new instruction whilst covering sick leave for up to 3 months.
• At least 3 years PQE is required as the appointed locum will be expected to work under minimal supervision.
• The caseload generally consists of probate and all aspects of estate administration, with some requirement to draft wills and powers of attorney.
• You will possess the ability to hit the ground running and manage varied caseload.
• This role is fully office-based, and offers the role on part-time basis (3 days per week)
• The ideal candidate will be available to commence the assignment as soon as possible.
