COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 3 +PQE, BEDFORDSHIRE, SALARY £43,000 - £49,000 (DOE). JOB REFERENCE: 215296943

This excellent Bedford based firm has an exciting opening for a Solicitor to join its expanding commercial litigation team.

• Acting on behalf of large corporations, public bodies, insurers, regulatory bodies and private individuals - the litigation team handles a diverse range of general commercial litigation cases, including professional negligence claims, contract disputes, agency disagreements, and company and shareholder conflicts.

• You will assist Partners and senior Solicitors on challenging and complex cases while also managing your own caseload. This role is ideal if you are ambitious and hardworking, eager to participate in business development, and enjoy supervising junior team members.

• Attention to detail, an ability to adhere to tight deadlines and prioritise workload, as well as effective communication and organisation skills are essential.
