PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR, 2+ YEARS PQE, MANCHESTER, UP TO £45,000 (DOE) – A market leading law firm is currently looking to recruit a Personal Injury Lawyer to handle Employers Liability claims. JOB REF:6969.

• A great opportunity for an ambitious Personal Injury Solicitor with a minimum of 2 Years PQE to join a reputable Employers Liability department
• The current team cover every area of personal injury including public liability, occupier’s liability, road traffic accidents, employer’s liability, industrial disease, serious injuries and clinical negligence matters
• Tenacity, ability and enthusiasm are more important than qualification
• The role will be to manage your own caseload of predominately fast track employers' liability cases
• Proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload, with a focus on advancing cases to and through litigation to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients
• Must have experience of the portal and knowledge of the civil procedure rules
