OVERVIEW:
•Assist experienced fee earners in managing their caseloads and provide support to the head of the department in the development of the department.
•The caseload will include purchase and sale, remortgage, builders and developers, Help to Buy, landlord and tenant disputes, new builds, Right to Buy, shared ownership, and transfer of equity.
•The role will primarily be office-based for four days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week after the initial settling in period.
•The firm is seeking paralegals with a minimum of one year's experience in a similar role, along with a strong understanding of the Solicitors' Accounts Rules.
•You will have in-depth knowledge of general conveyancing and a thorough understanding of Land Registry practices.
•You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders.
•The firm is unable to consider candidates who have completed or are currently pursuing the LPC.
