Healthcare Solicitor

HEALTHCARE SOLICITOR, 3+ YEARS PQE, BIRMINGHAM, £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Healthcare Solicitor to join a highly reputable team. JOB REF: 7006.

• Applications are sought from Healthcare Solicitors with at least 3 years’ PQE defending high value and complex litigated and pre lit clinical negligence claims.
• You will be responsible for managing a case load of litigated and pre-litigated clinical negligence cases
• You will have excellent technical ability and knowledge of CPR, strong and effective communication skills and have the ability to work to strict deadlines and targets.
• You will be a well organised team-player, with excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience of training, supervising and developing junior team members is advantageous.
