PLANNING SOLICITOR, 3-5 YEARS PQE, HERTFORDSHIRE, £50,000 - £65,000 (DOE) - An exciting new opportunity for an experienced Planning Solicitor to join a reputable team. JOB REF: 7016.

• Applications are sought from Planning Solicitors with between 3-5 Years PQE with a good technical background, commercial awareness
• You will join a highly regarded commercial property team who act for land promoters, developers and property investors requiring planning advice on strategic acquisitions, statutory agreements, and the planning aspects of property due diligence.
• You will have outstanding communication skills and be able to supervise more junior members of the team.
• Previous experience of business development as part of a team, would also be of benefit.
