RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 1–3 YEARS’ PQE, LONDON, £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE) – Join a team of leading Residential Property Lawyers as they continue to grow and develop their service offering. JOB REF: 7031.

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors with between 1-3 Years PQE of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity and remortgages
• You will have a proven ability to prioritise and manage a caseload effectively and deal with non-contentious domestic conveyancing matters from inception to completion
• You will need exceptional communication skills and work well within a team environment.
