SALARY: Up to circa £60,000

OVERVIEW:
• An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join a new firm and play an integral role in developing the conveyancing team with the Head of Conveyancing.
• Working closely with the Head of Conveyancing you will be supporting initially with the day-to-day management of residential property matters and as the team grows and develops taking on more of a supervising role as Head of Legal Practice.
• You will be determined and driven and possess the ability to come in and hit the ground running in taking on cases initially and building the caseload.
• This opportunity offers you the chance to build the legal side of the practice and work alongside the Head of Conveyancing to make the firm as you would like it.
• The appointed Solicitor / Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer will have at least 5 years PQE in dealing with their own caseload of matters.
• Flexible working with regular check ins with directors.
