JOB TITLE: Contentious Probate and Trusts Solicitor
PQE: NQ-2 years
LOCATION: Norwich
SALARY: Circa £40,000 dependent on experience.

THE ROLE:
An established and highly rated team is looking to appoint an additional Lawyer into their team to assist on a full range of issues relation to estates and trusts. As part of the team’s continued growth, the firm are looking for Solicitor or Legal Executive with up to 2 years’ experience in dealing with contentious probate and trust related matters. You will be involved in a diverse and varied caseload of matters including contentious estate and or trust administration, claims under the Inheritance ACT 1975, claims under the Trusts of Land & Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Solicitor or Legal Executive will have up to 2 years PQE in working within a similar role. Keen to expand their offerings in Norfolk, the appointed Contentious Trusts and Probate Lawyer will be working closely with senior members of the team and will possess a strong willingness to learn and develop together with providing a first-class service to clients. Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered for this role and will have completed at least 6 months within this area of law.
