Corporate Commercial Solicitor

CORPORATE COMMERCIAL LAWYER, 2-4 YEARS PQE, READING, £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE) – A unique opportunity for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a leading firm. JOB REF: 7105.

• Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives with between 2-4 Years PQE to handle complex corporate transactions,
• You will be responsible for drafting high-quality commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents and providing support to Legal Directors and Partners on Legal transactions
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well to tight deadlines.
