PQE: 10 years' + PQE
LOCATION: Kent
SALARY: £80,000- £110,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
A busy, regional law firm is looking for a Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor to join the Private Client team at Partner level.

The busy Private Client team undertakes a broad range of work, including estate planning, drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, trust administration, probate, and inheritance tax planning, as well as providing guidance and support to a range of charities.

CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years' PQE, have experience in all areas of private client law, and be capable of supervising and training junior members of the team. A client following is not necessary but the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate fee earning capability, be comfortable with a demanding caseload and have a desire to grow the team.

STEP is preferred but not essential, though the firm welcomes applications from those who are keen to take the qualification and are generally ambitious and proactive.
