COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR, 4+ YEARS PQE, MANCHESTER, TO C£70,000 DOE – Top 100 law firm recognised as a leading Employer offering Family Friendly and Flexible working policies. JOB REF: MD7143

• The successful candidate will be providing commercial legal advice to clients across a range of industries across the private and public sectors including transport and logistics, retail, insurance, manufacturing and financial services
• You can expect to be advising on commercial matters including a range of contracts, terms and conditions, franchises, distribution and agency arrangements, outsourcing and IP.
• You will also contribute to the team’s marketing initiative through developing new products and undertaking business development work.
• The newly appointed Commercial Solicitor will have at least 4 years’ PQE advising major organisations.
• We are looking for technically strong solicitors who have gained their experience within another highly rated national or regional law firm. You will be an effective communicator and proactive team player.
