Litigation Solicitor

Litigation Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Buckinghamshire, £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded team. JOB REF: 7172.

• Applications are sought from Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE in property litigation, civil litigation and contentious probate.
• You will be responsible for a varied litigation caseload to include contested probate, trusts of land, commercial recoveries, construction and general civil litigation.
• You will also draft statements and witness evidence, undertake disclosure, instruct and liaise with experts and interim applications.
• The successful Solicitor will ideally have an interest in developing business development and marketing skills with a view to building a client base from referrals and recommendations.
