Commercial Litigation Solicitor with circa 3 years pqe is sought to join this lovely leading regional law firm based in the Black Country. On offer is the chance to work with a well recognised Legal 200 law firm whose litigation department is really busy and has a wide and varied caseload which will certainly keep you challenged and busy at the same time. The firm offers a good work life balance although they will look for you to be based in the office for at least three days.

• The caseload will comprise of all aspects of commercial litigation including shareholder disputes, contentious probate, building disputes, professional negligence disputes and partnership disputes.
• You will have handled a mixed caseload of commercial litigation matters and will have a strong network of contacts within the regional market
• The Solicitor will work on all part of the litigation process including disclosure, case management, drafting witness statements and attending trial. In addition, the Solicitor will partake in settlement, including informal settlements meetings, arbitration and mediation.
• Draft and review legal documentation related to bankruptcy filings, debt restructuring agreements, creditor negotiations and represent clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation, advocating for their best interests at all times.
