INDUSTRIAL DISEASE LAWYER,3 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, CHESHIRE, £45,000 DOE. A well-established and thriving firm have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Industrial Disease Lawyer to join their growing team. JOB REF: 7320

•The firm are experts in compensation claims and specialise in industrial disease to include, but not limited to, hearing loss and military hearing loss, asbestos claims and vibration white finger claims.

•In this role you will be expected to handle a caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated files. Aspects of the job include taking and drafting witness statements, obtaining and reviewing records, liability investigations and preparing for conferences and hearings.

•You will be highly personable and charismatic with previous experience in dealing with the full range of industrial disease matters and be able to run your caseload with minimal supervision.

•The successful lawyer will have good technical abilities as well as strong client communication to offer high quality service to client.
