OVERVIEW:
•The appointed fee earner will handle a caseload of personal injury matters
•Advise and offer guidance to clients
•Aspects of the job include taking and drafting witness statements, obtaining and reviewing records, liability investigations and preparing for conferences and hearings.
•Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing personal injury litigation cases.
•Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
•Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.
