The appointed candidate will be dealing with a range of matters relating to litigation advising a range of clients to provide excellent client care as part of a widely respected Legal 500 team.
• The firm are accepting applications from Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives with at least 3 years post qualified experience in litigation.
• The role will involve representing clients in a range of disputes, including property law (such as landlord and tenant issues), employment law, contract disputes, probate and will challenges, boundary disputes, and other general commercial litigation matters.
• You should possess a solid understanding of litigation processes, as the role involves attending court and initiating legal proceedings. You will be responsible for assisting in the investigation and litigation of complex cases, with experience in drafting witness statements, court documents, and instructions to experts.
