JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer
PQE: 2+ PQE
LOCATION: Ipswich
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
This top 200 law firm is looking to appoint a Residential Property Lawyer to deal with a varied caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. The role will be varied and cover advising the broad remit of residential property matters including re-mortgages, sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 2 years of experience in handling your own caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. Ideal Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers will have proven technical expertise in handling their own caseload of matters including re-mortgages, sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new builds and deeds of variations.
