CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR, NQ-3 PQE, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE, COMPETITIVE SALARY. A growing firm is offering a unique opportunity for an ambitious junior solicitor to make their mark, with international work on offer. JOB REF: 7337

•The appointed Solicitor will handle an exciting and dynamic caseload of high-profile commercial matters with the opportunity to engage in international work.

•Duties include drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements, and advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and provide legal advice on compliance and regulatory matters.

•The firm is considering applications from individuals with newly qualified status up to 3 years PQE, gained in either national firms or reputable niche firms.

•This role is fully office-based due to the nature of the team setup.
