An outstanding opportunity for the right Solicitor. Please quote Job Ref:7448.
OVERVIEW:
This well-established, central London firm specialises in property transaction services including off plan new build purchases of residential property, sales and purchases, mortgages and re-mortgages, block purchases of new build property, transfer or equity transfer of property, and Joint Venture Property Agreements. As a ‘niche’ property firm that acts specifically in relation to conveyancing matters, they are not a general practitioner. Therefore, the quality of their work and expertise is something that cannot be matched by general practices, automated conveyancing providers or for some of the larger, corporate law firms. The firms background comes from acting for investor purchasers, domestic or overseas, in the acquisition and sale of property in and around central London. They are, however, equipped to deal with all property matters whether they are related to a one-off investment, a portfolio of investments or simply the sale or purchase of domestic property.
You must be fluent in Arabic (reading, writing and speaking), have experience of acting for Middle Eastern clients and be able to secure more business from this market, be a team player, be organised and work efficiently. This is a major opportunity not to be missed.
