OVERVIEW:
• The candidate will have at least 5 years PQE and a strong track record of dealing with a varied caseload of private client matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and some Deputyships and Estate Administration.
• In this role you will be working closely with a partner, and your position will be accompanied by secretarial support
• This role will be predominantly office-based, but can offer hybrid working for the right candidate
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and third parties to facilitate smooth and timely transactions.
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence accurately and efficiently.
