Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 1-4 Years PQE, Staffordshire, £45,000+ (DOE) – A new role for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a leading regional firm. JOB REF: 7471

• Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with between 1-4 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in their career.
• The team advise a wide range of clients from start-ups, owner-managed businesses, PLCs, partnerships, local authorities, charities, and wealthy individuals.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include company formation, memorandum & articles of association, sale and purchase of companies and businesses, buy-outs/buy-ins and venture capital investments and corporate restructuring and reorganisation.
• You will be expected to support the more senior members of the team and provide supervision and mentoring to the more junior members.
• You will have strong commercial acumen and proven ability to develop and maintain good client relationships.
