Residential Property Solicitor (New Homes), 6+ Years PQE, Greater London, £55,000 - £75,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge in their career. REF: 7481.

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 6 Years PQE in both new build work and traditional residential property matters.
• You will be responsible for providing a high quality legal service to clients on all aspects of residential property matters including, plot sales, home purchase mortgage schemes, part exchange purchases and onward sales and residential development.
• Excellent technical ability and a passion for this area of law is a pre-requisite.
• You will have experience of delegating work and managing monitoring systems with the ability to provide supervision and support to junior team members.
• You will be joining a well-respected team handling work of equivalent ‘City’ quality.
