JOB TITLE: Planning and Environmental Solicitor
PQE: 1+
LOCATION: Berkshire
SALARY: £45k-£60k DOE

THE ROLE:
This top rated Legal 500 firm has an opening for an enthusiastic, driven individual to join their team in the Planning and Environmental department as a Solicitor. The role will be office based requiring the candidate to be independent in managing their own caseload. If successful the candidate will have a broad and complex caseload including, but not exclusive to, S106 agreements, certificates of lawfulness, rights of way and much more.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have competency in the production of legal documents, building client relations as necessary, undertaking legal research and advising clients. Those candidates who can maintain high standards of work, in accordance with the firm’s objectives, will be in a more favourable position.
