• The appointed Solicitor will report to the Contracts Team Leader and will be responsible for overseeing a varied caseload. This will include consumer contracts, cases involving professional negligence, and matters related to inheritance.

• You’ll provide accurate legal advice, ensuring clients understand decisions and outlining the claims process clearly to manage their expectations.

• Our client is accepting applications from Solicitors or Legal Executives with over 2 years of PQE who possess expertise in managing Professional Negligence or Inheritance claims.
