Job Title: Commercial Lawyer - PQE 3+
Location: Nottinghamshire, On-site
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Bonuses

What You’ll Do:
• Negotiate and draft contracts across diverse areas, from supply chain and concessions to marketing, ecommerce, franchising, IT, and finance.
• Provide pragmatic legal solutions for digital marketing, IP, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage commercial disputes and litigation with confidence.
• Support M&A transactions through due diligence and post-deal integration.
• Lead and mentor junior team members.

What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ experience in commercial contract drafting/negotiation.
• A strong communicator who builds trusted relationships across all levels.
• Solution-oriented and commercially minded with a collaborative spirit.
• Ambitious and eager to grow within a global PLC.
