JOB TITLE: Paralegal- Residential Conveyancing

What you will be doing:
• Providing support to solicitors, in particular overseeing transactions to ensure they are completed efficiently
• The successful paralegal will also be tasked with preparing land registry applications, drafting legal documents, letters and contracts
• You will also be coordinating with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors

What we are looking for:
• A Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
• Experienced paralegals with a minimum of 12 months experience
• A tenacious individual who is looking to excel their career
• A team player who inhibits excellent communication skills
