TITLE: Family Solicitor
PQE: 3+
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £65 – 85K DOE
THE ROLE:
This highly regarded law firm is looking for an experienced Family Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE to join their dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated Solicitor who is passionate about family law and keen to develop their career in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse caseload of HNW, private family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, prenuptial agreements, and child arrangements.
• Provide expert advice to clients, ensuring a high standard of client care and attention to detail in every matter.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as needed.
• Work independently, demonstrating excellent judgment and decision-making skills, with minimal supervision.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a positive client experience from start to finish.
• Keep up to date with developments in family law and actively contribute to the firm’s thought leadership initiatives.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in family law and a proven track record of handling HNW, private family law cases independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach are essential skills to succeed in this role.
