JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor
LOCATION: Newcastle
SALARY: c£65,000

What you will be doing:

Effectively managing a varied caseload of corporate finance and company law work for a broad range of clients
Handling caseloads for clients such as owner-managed businesses, public companies, private equity/venture capital funds and banks
Assisting the firm’s wider business development initiatives by building and developing your own client base
Accuracy and diligence when drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of finance and corporate governance documents

Team players who can excel both collaboratively and independently
Solicitors who are equipped with an ambitious, tenacious nature, willing to get involved with business development
A confident lawyer who can supervise and assist with the development of junior team members
