The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ PQE and experience of a broad range of commercial work including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, reviewing supplier and licensing contracts, and providing data protection advice.

Applicants should be confident managing their own matters, developing strong working relationships with other teams, and engaging in business development.
