Healthcare Regulatory Advocate, 3+ Years PQE, Berkshire, £Excellent + Benefits – A new opportunity for an experienced Healthcare Regulatory Advocate to join a leading, well-respected professional regulatory team JOB REF:7731.
• This role requires a thorough understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks, professional standards, and the intricacies of disciplinary proceedings.
• Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors, Barristers, or Advocates with strong credentials in regulatory law.
• You should be able to demonstrate proven experience in professional regulatory hearings, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• You will be responsible for represent clients in healthcare regulatory final hearings, presenting cases with confidence and legal acumen, liaise with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, healthcare organisations, and legal representatives and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory developments and emerging issues in healthcare law.
• You will have strong advocacy skills and regulatory expertise to represent healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies at final hearings.
• You will play a pivotal role in case management, advocacy, and navigating legal processes to ensure fair outcomes.
