Contentious Probate Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Wiltshire, £65,000+ (DOE) – This firm have gone from strength to strength and, as such, there is the capacity and workload in place to recruit a talented and ambitious Probate Solicitor. JOB REF: 7761.

• Applications are sought from Probate Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE in contentious matters
• This highly reputable team challenges to the validity of a will, Inheritance Act claims, proprietary estoppel claims, landed estates, claims for the repayment of lifetime gifts and international issues.
• You will be an ambitious individual with the confidence to communicate with clients and use their own initiative to progress matters independently is required to be successful in this role.
• It is essential that the successful Probate Solicitor is happy to work independently but also keen to play a key role in the success of this growing team.
