THE ROLE:
Keen to appoint a Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years’ experience, this is an exciting position that will involve the successful candidate becoming an integral part of strategic growth plans, whilst working closely alongside a respected Partner and the Head of Corporate. This position will see you working on a range of deals for an interesting and varied client base across the region. In order to remain in line with business needs the firm are interested to appoint a Corporate Lawyer with extensive experience of Corporate M&A, Joint Ventures and Private Equity deals. Working with large amounts of autonomy whilst also gaining hands-on support from an acclaimed Partner you will be given the chance to develop your skill-set across a wide range of skills.

THE CANDIDATE:
Technical competence and confidence to handle Corporate matters is a pre-requisite for this exciting new role. The successful solicitor will need to be able to demonstrate a broad commercial understanding, have a practical approach and be a true team player. Working as part of a larger team on heavy transactions you will be expected to work on your own portfolio of clients and will be interested to develop expertise in the areas of business development and client retention.
