JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 3+
LOCATION: Newcastle Upon Tyne
SALARY: Competitive salary!

THE ROLE:

The successful solicitor will be capable of managing a varied caseload of property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, leasehold matters and development projects

The role requires a skilled solicitor to handle tenant issues, property finance matters and commercial licenses.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years or more PQE

Demonstrable commercial acumen is particularly favoured

This role is particularly well suited to candidates with excellent communication skills and high levels of client care

Solicitors with their own client base are of a particular interest to the team, with the opportunity for a clear path to partnership level in the longer term.
