OVERVIEW:
•You will manage a varied caseload of commercial sales, purchases, leases and development work
•The appointed solicitor will advise clients on a range of commercial property issues, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practice
•You will provide expert legal counsel to clients, ensuring outstanding service at every stage of the process
•The firm are looking for Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
•Experience managing a busy caseload effectively
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
