Job Title: Commercial Lawyer (PQE 3+)

Salary: Up to £70,000 DOE + Performance related Bonuses

Your Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate contracts across multiple sectors, including supply chain, concessions, marketing, ecommerce, franchising, IT, and finance.

• Confidently handle commercial disputes and litigation.
• Provide comprehensive support for M&A transactions, including due diligence and post-deal integration.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth.
