Corporate Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, London, £100,000 - £120,000 (DOE) – A new role has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor looking for a new challenge in their career. JOB REF: 7856.

• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied corporate caseload, to include M&A transactions for both domestic and international clients, VC/PE investment endeavours for clients across borders, Joint ventures, structuring and restructuring and sale and purchase agreements.
• Working closely with partners, this role offers extensive client interaction and involvement in a variety of stimulating projects.
• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills and work well within a team environment.
