CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE SOLICITOR, Up to 6 years’ PQE, CHESHIRE, UP TO £50,000. A highly regarded firm is offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to join its Clinical Negligence team in the North West. JOB REF: 7858

•The firm offers a diverse and rewarding caseload involving complex and high-value matters. These include medical malpractice, misdiagnosis, surgical errors, birth injuries, brain and spinal injuries, as well as amputations.

•You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through regular training and mentoring.

•This role is ideal for Solicitors with 1–6 years of PQE who are eager to advance their career in Clinical Negligence. The successful candidate will have prior experience drafting various documents and correspondence, including witness statements and letters of instruction to counsel and medical experts.
